OAT Barge trip

We're considering a trip (OAT/GCT) on the barge Abercrombie. We are excited but concerned about the cabin size/layout and the barge itself. Has anyone been on this (or a similar) barge? Comments and/or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

We did a trip in Burgundy on the Lafayette in 2004. This was before OAT took them over. The Lafayette was a 22 passenger barge. The cabins were very small. We did not get dressed at the same time as the was not enough room to open the drawers and have two people standing.

If you want larger cabins you need to be on the barges that carry fewer passengers.

Despite the tiny cabin - it was a fabulous trip and we would like to do another barge trip someday. The food was great - on board chef who shopped daily - fresh breads and rolls from local bakeries every morning. We had a bus driver combo tour guide who was so enthusiastic and interesting. Since the group is much small than the usual tour group we went to places where most tours did not visit.
