2 food questions for the Dawn

We are going on the Dawn the 20th and have 2 food questions.

 

1)Does anyone know which night lamb was served in the main dining rooms.

 

2)Does anyone have a recent menu for sushi, or remember what they had to offer.

I have no idea about the lamb .

My son had Sushi and he loved it when we went in late July, Here's a link to a menu looks the same:)

Yes, I believe the menus are the same as they were then. There are plenty of other Dawn menus there too and you can see which one has the lamb, but they do switch the nights the menus are served sometimes.
