Where to buy wine pre-cruise/sights

We're staying at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay the night before our cruise and I wonder if anyone can tell me a place near-by where we could purchase some wine to take aboard. I understand we're allowed to bring two bottles on board for use in our cabin on Azamara Quest.

 

Also, if anyone can suggest some worthwhile sights for the afternoon/evening before we sail, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks, BlueRibbon Cruiser. I've been past Vizcaya but never toured it. Any suggestions on purchasing wine? Someone said to have a cab take us to Walgreens but I can't imagine a very good selection.

We are also staying @ Marriott Biscayne and I have been asking where to get wine for a few weeks. Someone mentioned to me cab to Walgreens. I take it there is no place in the Marketplace that you can get wine?
