Website ever right!?

I've noticed the threads about C&A credits often being incorrect on the website.

 

I noticed a couple days ago it still shows us owing a 70.00 fuel surcharge (which is incorrect, we paid in full way before the November 16th cut-off date), so I called. Was told no problem, our system show's you're paid in full, website is in error.

 

Why can't they get that site cleaned up and running right?:rolleyes:
