Menu on Millennium Cruise

My mother and I will be sailing on the Millennium April 13th Eastern Caribbean cruise and is curious on their dinner menu. We appreciate it if anybody does have the menus if they could make a copy and post it on Cruise Critic or email me. We would be extremely grateful.

I was just off Millie so I'll do my best here to remember some of the items:

chilled soups (strawberry is one)

Duck filet mignon

roasted chicken rubbed with good stuff

sorbet to cleanse pallet
