The most remarkable thing about the gym is its temperature. It's very hot. You are guaranteed to lose weight--water weight. I don't know if it is ventilation problem or what, but it's a sauna in there. But, the treadmills do look out at glass mirrors, so at least you get to see how much your sweating!
