The bar manager, Paul, won a Bacardi competition with the entry and I agree, it is quite good. I was wondering if someone might have the recipe to share. Cunard Line Pal Hamilton Bartender Cocktail Category: Rocks/Highball SYDNEY APPLE 0.5 oz Bacardi® Superior Rum 0.25 oz Bombay Sapphire® Gin 0.25 oz Grey Goose® Vodka 0.25 oz apple schnapps 0.25 oz triple sec Top with lemon soda Garnish: apple blade slices Build all ingredients over ice in a high ball glass, top with lemon soda, add garnish.
