jadexx Posted January 20, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2008 I just called to make a pymt on my room on CB i asked about price to upgrad just for fun.. im current in the room C701 Caribe deck - supposed to be a pretty good room. However I was told I can upgrade to a Mini-suite for $35pp extra, But it would be a garentee meaning AE or better.. I know nothing about room choices as i have never cruised before, help is this worth it! This is my honeymoon and we will spend a good bit of time in-room, so i want it to be as nice as possible. thanks

UT-Volsfan Posted January 20, 2008 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2008 For that price, I'd take the mini-suite!

SeattleCruiselover Posted January 20, 2008 #7 Share Posted January 20, 2008 You're moving from more or less aft to way forward. As long as you don't have motion sickness issues, you will probably like the mini better.
Colo Cruiser Posted January 20, 2008 #8 Share Posted January 20, 2008 Excellent deal, enjoy. :)
Pam in CA Posted January 20, 2008 #9 Share Posted January 20, 2008 You made a good deal. :) As has been said, you'll experience a bit more movement but that might not even be noticeable. You'll have the extra space in your cabin and a full-sized shower. Good choice.

Rob & Beckys mom Posted January 20, 2008 #13 Share Posted January 20, 2008 I just did it, I got room D202 Dolphin deck.. how is this.. did i make the right choice? I was worried about being so far forward on our last cruise as we usually go for the very back of the ship, but it was fine! I think you will be happy! GSDsky Posted January 20, 2008 #14 Share Posted January 20, 2008 They stated that they will spend a lot of time in the room (honesty nice) so "motion" sickness should not be an issue.;) Congrats on your wedding and welcome to crusie life. Enjoy...
cruiserjanet Posted January 21, 2008 #15 Share Posted January 21, 2008 Make sure you put the "do not disturb" sign on your door. The room stewards are very quick about entering if it's not there once they've knocked.
