Carnival Chocolate Buffet???

Does Carnival still do a late night chocolate buffet? Oh I hope so!!!!!!! We are cruising the Triumph in June and will dream of chocolate every day until then...

The chocolate buffet was on the last sea day. They set it up at lunch time. Donuts, cheese cake, fruit etc. It was very good!

Valor had their's on the last sea day too. I recommend getting there right when it starts - some good photo ops. Chocolate sushi is very strange :)

I think it was the last sea day on the Liberty. Lido buffet restaurant at lunchtime.

 

Cakes, fudge (although it was horrible this trip -too granular and soft), chocolate dipped candied orange peel (I hadn't had this since I was a kid), chocolate cheesecake, chocolate wontons, chocolate shakes, and the list goes on. Amazing variety!

Hmmm...what about the Destiny's new Southern itinerary, where there are no sea days?

 

I'd hate to not have my chocolate fix! LOL

Had it on Valor and Conquest in the early afternoon if I remember correctly. I must say that I found it rather disappointing though. Plenty of mediocre items and none that I found exceptional.

It's been years ago, but they had a midnight buffet which included all kinds of chocolate desserts and sculptures.

Oh my goodness!!! Love this day!!! We were on the Carnival Freedom 9/07 and we had our Chocolate Buffet on our third day out to sea and it was also during lunch time. There was sooo much to choose from but I will say that it was all so good....heaven knows I tried as much as I could! :D

I heard it's usually for a short time during the afternoon. Somehow I missed it on our last cruise so I will definitely be checking the capers for it this time.
