C&A Coupon Book, what is in it?

I will be getting a coupon book for the first time on my NOS cruise. What can I expect to be in the coupon book? And how do I make sure my C & A is attached to my reservations?

Go to the C & A section of the RCI web site. After you sign in it will list the cruises attached to your C & A number. If it's not there, call your TA or RCI and have it added.

In your book you will find coupons for various discounts on the ship, things like spa treatments, Johnny Rockets, the photo shop. There will be buy one get one drink coupons. I know there are others but I can't think of them all now.

So, wait... as a Gold member, the "coupon book" my TA gave me as an added incentive to book with him would have been in my cabin anyway? :mad:

My gold member coupon book was not quite worthless; I got five free minutes of internet time. The photo coupon was for a 5" x 7" photo of the ship! I did not bother to ask for it. The specialty restaurant coupon was not useable on the Legend of the Seas: no specialty restaurant. I don't drink the foo-foo drinks and don't use the spa. The coupon book is about as valuable as the coupon books in my Sunday newspaper.

I don't remember any for the specialty restaurant except Johnny Rockets for free admission instead of the 3.95$.

 

There was

5% off logo wear in the shop

5$ free internet and you can combine both peoples coupons

Free wine tasting

free 5x7 of the ship

I think there was some sort of buy1 get 1 for the photos

10% off the spa

If my fiancee and I are on our honeymoon and I am a C&A member (5 previous RCCL cruises, but have only been credited with 3 - can't find adequate backup for the others) but my fiancee has never sailed RCCL before, am only I going to be able to attend the wine tasting, or can she come with me? Will she have to pay to participate?

She can go with you but she will have to pay the 10$ . You are the C & A member and she can sign up after she sails. Call RCCL and tell them the ships and dates you were on the ship and they should be able to look it up. If you are platinum then not only do you get a better coupon book, you get a balcony discount, robes, an extra party, etc.

No specialty restaurant coupon as of yet (although it's a good idea) unless people consider Johnny Rockets a specialty restaurant. :)

There are C&A booklets and there are RCCL Incentive Coupon booklets given out by travel agencies. They are different. I have several 2008 Incentive Coupon Books in hand. They are actually a book of RCCL POSTCARDS and the coupons are attached to the postcards.

They can't join or gain that status until they have sailed once. So for first cruise no status and then second they will move to the highest status of the house.

Don't forget the casino coupon for C&A- you walk into the casino and they give you $2. Even if you don't gamble, that one is worth cashing it:D

 

They also have a match-play coupon for the tables ($5 I think).

I am on a ship that has no Johnny rockets, but there is a coupon in my Vision book, Next Cruise Mariner, I get another book another coupon.

Has anyone ever used left over coupon from previous cruise and used 2 on a trip? or will they check and tell me naughty no no ??

i have used tons of coupons on different cruises, u can buy them on ebay. i will go to the blackjack table and use two coupons every time i sit down, they never ask questions but the regular players are jealous. i think thats the best one in the book. when is your cruise for the mariner?
