Mercury 6-20 Jan Australia and New Zealand

As regular Celebrity cruisers out of California sailing to Hawaii and Mexico, DH and I are truly upset that Celebrity has seen it appropriate to offer the Mercury as the only ship of choice for cruises to these 2 ports. Why haven't they at least continued to utilize The Summit for the Hawaii run? Doesn't the West Coast cruisers deserve ships newer and better than the Mercury? Even the Concierge Cabins on the Mercury are smaller, not to mention the banging and shaking toward the aft section of the ship every morning when they pull into port. Oh, and let's no forget the strong smell of fumes that also permeate the aft section at the same time. WE experienced this all when we had the unfortunate experience of booking a Concierge Cabin in the aft section last March. To the Powers That Be, Please give us a better selection of ship for these runs; or I predict you will see a decline in bookings for this market.
