When are the formal nights?

How do we find out the dates of the formal nights? We are sailing from Southhampton to Rome on 30.08.08, and continuing on from Rome to Venice on 11.09.08. If we want to book hair appointments etc., we will need to know the dates in advance. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Formal nights are on sea days or on days that have only a limited time in port -- but more likely sea days. I don't know your itinerary and how the sea days are spread out but you can plan on formal nights on the sea days.
