Has anyone done the Mexican Cuisine Workshop in Cozumel? If so, any comments.

YES!!! I did it last year on the Connie. It was an absolute blast! Highly recommend it. I think there were about 12 of us and we each were assigned a cooking station and prepared an appetizer, main dish and a dessert. Learned some neat decorating tricks and had one too many pina coladas!!!

Hi, this was one of the best excursions I have ever taken:D.

I went in 2005 and I believe that is when it first started. They

got it right:). Worth every penney, alot of fun, good food,

and the folks running it were fantastic!!!!

Thumbs up from me as well - we took this last year and it was a blast. The cooking and interaction with the chefs is fun, and the booze is free flowing. :D
