Viking River Russian Pre Trip to Helsinki

We have signed up for the pre-trip in Helsinki before our Russian River cruise with Viking River.

 

We are planning to arrive 1 or 2 days early. I need suggestions for what to day on our free day.

 

Also we will stay 2 extra nights in Moscow and need suggestions for hotel in Moscow.
