For anyone thats interested, I got this off the Princess Board

Unfortunately doesn't have P&O ships, but it is pretty good regardless. Seems to be fairly up to date.

Nice little site.

 

Neilius' site is a must. Does not show that track line, but will show the ships position via Google maps - including P&O and many other exotic ones too, and is very up to date.

This one is also a goodie. Can track all sorts-o-ships. Tankers, container, cruise - you name it. Just enter the name at the bottom of the screen:
