I booked this room for the 12/6 sailing. Now I am wondering if I should change. I was thinking it would be great, because we'd only have neighbors on one side to worry about, but now I'm wondering what is on the other side noise wise. Has anyone stayed in the furthest aft room? Was it noisy? Should I change rooms? Any help would be great. This is only our second cruise and i am trying to surprise my husband!!

If there is any vibration from the engines/propellors the aft most cabins may hear them. Also, any rough water will cause the front and back of the ship to rock up and down more than a middle cabin. We've been in L214 on the Emerald and not seen any problems, we had a very smooth transatlantic crossing last October.

You might check out the roll call for your cruise. Maybe you can find someone who has been in that same stateroom on the Emerald or Crown.
