They usually just ask if you want to re-book at a different date and if not they will cancel the cruise and refund to your credit card the deposit or send a check if you paid cash. we have cancelled 3 times and rebooked once with no problem at all. Because we are 24 days until the trip we get 50% back. The customer service person just checked the reservation, they told me that when it is 7 days or closer there is no refund.
