shore excursions pre-reserve not working?

My cruise personalizer says shore excursions are availalbe for booking. But when I go to the shore excursions portion of my cruise personalizer and it shows the itinerary with instructions to click on the desired port to show excursions, I click and nothing at all happens. Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know how to get this to work? The selection screen is a bit different than it was a year ago when I pre-reserved shore excursions.

I called Princess because I was having trouble also. They stated that some cruises had 60 day advance excursions not 120 as the website suggests. If your cruise is less than 60 days away you should be able to book; but if more than that my guess is they haven't been posted.
