I am on the piers every day with Passion Island - some days, all three. NCL always docks at Punta Langosta - looking at one docked there out my window right now. Carnival and Disney also dock there. Holland America, Princess, and Carnival are at Puerta Maya. Royal Caribbean is at TMM or International pier. Now, that's not to say that things will not change tomorrow!
