MissMelis Posted March 11, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2008 My husband and I are going to sail Adventure in September for our honeymoon, but noticed that since we made the decision a few nights ago the price per person has gone up. We're still going to book, but my question is this - if the prices end up going back down again in a few days, can I revise my booking? Would they be pretty accomodating this that situation, or would I just be blown off? If I knew that they would apply it even as OBC, it would still be worth it for me to keep an eye on the prices. Sue L Posted March 11, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2008 you might want to wait until tomorrow to book in case your cruise is 'sales event" http://www.creative.rccl.com/sales/RCI_Sales_Event/rci_sales_event.pdf These are only available on Tuesdays Also check the promowaves http://www.creative.rccl.com/sales/promowave/RCL.pdf If they lower the price and it is not a "new booking only special' like the sales event they will lower the price
cb at sea Posted March 11, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 11, 2008 As long as the lower rate isn't for "new" bookings only, they will credit your account! Book now!!!!

If they go down, call and request the lower price. They will give it to you generally, if they can..

If you book directly with RCI, then you should have no problem getting a price adjustment if the price drops with the already noted exception of "For New Bookings Only" fares. If you are going thru a TA, best to check with then before you book to see if they will honor a price drop. Not all TA's will.
