Independence of the Seas

I will be on the IOS in November 2008. Are the menus for Freedom of the Seas and Liberty of the Seas the same? Does anyone have copies of these menus? Does the FOS and LOS have self serve soft ice cream? Does anyone know if the IOS will be any different from her sisters? If yes, what are the changes? What is in the H20 zone?
