What's the "WIPE OUT" on Liberty (Deck 13)?

Looking over the deck plans for Liberty and don't have a CLUE what the "Wipe out" is on Deck 13?

 

And also, what is "Endeavor Dunes"?!

 

Can anyone tell me, please? Thank you!

I think Endeavor Dunes might be the mini golf area. Not sure what wipe out is though!

The Wipeout is a booth where the Flowrider staff have you sign waivers to use it. I don't remember drinks there.

It was definitely a bar on Freedom. I remember it well. It was for sign ups on the side, and the front was a bar.

Why would they puts stools infront of a sign up booth ? so people fall over them? It's nothing but drinks there.
