I am seriously considering the Art Deco Hotel (on Libertad) in Buenos Aires for our pre-cruise stay. I've read the Trip Advisor reviews but before I go ahead and book a room, I want to poll the CC audience. Does anyone have any comments to add? Has anyone stayed there?
