Port Area?

We're thinking of spending the day exploring the beaches and snorkeling. But, since we have to get the car back by 5 and the boat doesn't leave until 8, what can we do right by the port after we return the car? Restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. Any advice will be appreciated! Leaving in 25 hours! :D
