Should I have got some kind of comfirmation!!

Hi,

I ordered on the phone some gifts from Canival to be in our room when we arrive. She took the info. and my credit card but never gave me any kind of confirmation number. How do I prove to them that I ordered them if they aren't in my room. Did anyone else get a confirmation??

:) Well I ordered via on-line and did receive a confirmation #. Maybe you could call them back and double check.

Eachtime I ordered I got a different confirmation number. Call back and get one. Thats all you will get.

I also received a confirmation... you can also take along your CC statement... I have never heard of anyone NOT getting what they ordered, so you should be okay :D

I too have received order #'s each time I've done business with the Bon Voyage Department. Definitely give them a call just in case....
