It is fascinating how much time is being debated here over what appears to be a singular bad experience...that, if handled differently, would have been a one-off minor one. Anyone want to count the number of times it is done flawlessly on Seabourn? So I ask, why?

 

I would be disappointed if I had the bad experience, but I don't think going on about what you should expect and why does much...because we all pretty much know that - barring the occasional exception - Seabourn delivers and more.

 

And, frankly, I don't care if the stewardess has a pedigree from a hotel, yacht, school or the local bar...If she does her job well that is what matters. If she doesn't that is also what matters. I cannot think of a time when I have thought it appropriate to review a staff member's resume when making that evaluation.

we have to talk about ~something~ Boatman....gets pretty boring in here compared with the bigger cruise line boards! I dont want to have to go cruise another line just so i have someone to talk to! :p

There are lots of things to talk about: Ports, Food, Cruises to Come, New ship, etc. :) Why gripe (theoretically, in fact) just to make conversation?:confused:
