Would love to have some opinions - Just booked this ship for 11/8/08, Venice to Venice (yeah!!). For DH, DS (adult), & I in a Grand Suite (#8016).

 

1. Is port side the best side? (Venice, Dubrovnik, Ephesus, Santorini, Corfu, Venice)?

 

2. Noticed there are aft balconies on deck 8, assume those are Junior Suites. Is the JS roomy enough for 3 adults that an aft balcony would be more enjoyable because of the view? Is the balcony large enough for 3 adults?

 

3. No concierge lounge on the ship. What other benefits are there?

There is no "best side"!

Aft balconies are deeper than the ones on the sides of the ship. Even the side balconies can accomodate 3 comfortably. A JS is the size of a regular hotel room--3 can fit, but I prefer 2!!!!

thanks for your response cb. i think we would want bigger than a hotel room.
