Who to call re special request on Voyager

Can anyone tell me who to call at Regent to request a bottle of distilled water to be waiting in our suite on the Voyager for my husband's CPAP machine (sleep apnea machine)? We're flying into FLL the night before our cruise but won't have a car to go purchase one and obviously can't fly with it either. Thanks. We could always hire a taxi but the water only costs between $1-$2.

There is a very distinct difference between bottled water and distilled water (bottled water has minerals in it that can clog medical equipment while distilled water has those minerals removed), so be careful with the advice!

 

If you are not using a travel agent, you should call Regent at 1.877.505.5370.

Eric, thanks for the phone number ... all I had was the general number. It does have to be distilled. I've called and left a message for our TA at Am/Ex but if I don't hear back from her before long, I'll give Regent a call.
