Carry on dimensions (for US Airways) are they flexible?

I have bag that says cabin friendly and the dimensions are 22x15x8. US Airways website says under 51 inches total and gives the dimensions 26x14x11. Will they allow me to carry my bag onto the flight? This is for an international trip. Any advice would be appreciated:)

Your bag is clearly under the size allowed and this should be no problem for you.
