Specialty Dining Question

We will be in ALASKA this time next week on the Infinity. This will be our third trip on the Infinity, but something has slipped my mind. We already have one reservation via Captians Club for the Specialty Rest. On the first day, will we be allowed to book 3 or 4 more times for the remainder of the cruise or will we just have to rebook on the way out the door each night after dinner.
