Does anyone know the email address for customer service? I want to send feedback, but I don't want to use snail mail. I looked all over the Princess site but couldn't find anything. Thanks.

Yes, I sure do. In fact, the last time I used it for something, I heard back within the hour. Of coarse the reply told me to watch my snail mail for a complete response, but I was surprised when they responded so quickly even with that.
