C & A Magazine

The coupons from the C&A magazine has your name printed on it. . .you can't transfer the coupons. So. . .unless you are a C&A member and have not received the magazine, and it became lost in the mail, there really is nothing you can do.

I haven't read this entire thread, so I apologize if this question is redundant. Has anyone had the luck of getting both the coupon credit AND a shipboard credit from booking on your last cruise? A couple of posts mentioned they would get both, but when I booked my next cruise last year, I got the $100 shipboard credit, and then tried to use a coupon from a previous C&A magazine and was told by my TA that RCI will honor one or the other, but not both, and I should pick the largest of the two to use.

If anyone has been able to use both, please advise so I can recontact my TA with the news.

Skiergirl, thanks for posting the list, WOO-HOO my Serenade cruise has a coupon!
lvcruiser, As far as I know shipboard credit for booking onboard has nothing to do with the C&A coupon so there is no reason why the TA should not take your coupon. I understand you can only use 1 coupon per cruise, but other discounts & credits can be combined. we have a shipboard credit for the Serenade from booking onboard, I also got the Platinum discount for a balcony & now I hear there is a coupon for our sailing so I will be using that as well.

For Rapshody, if you have a booking on or before 3/31/03, you can use coupon code: DAUN (Gold Level) for sailing up to 6/20/04 and from 8/29/2004 - 10/24/2004. My agent applied to my 09/05 sailing without me sending in the coupon.

lvcruiser, I am booked on Serenade of the Seas. I have a $100 shipboard credit for booking on board our last cruise, a $150 coupon that's been applied, $100 stockholder credit and $100 balcony reduction for being a platinum member.

still no C & A magazine. think i will call tomorrow to find out when it was mailed. there aren't any coupons for our cruise, but there are for my parents' cruise. they haven't gotten their magazine either and are platinum members.

Kinda of getting mixed responses on that question...seems to be up to your agent. Some say you have to have the coupon while others just call it in to RCCL.

MamaTene, I think you're right, it depends on the agency. I just email cruisequick the code for our new coupon. Last year I had booked thru RCL & had to fax them the coupon before they would apply it. Another time I used a local TA & she had to mail it in before they would give credit. whatever works as long as we get thd discount.
