Documents pending

I have paid in full for my cruise. Why are my docs pending. I did ask for paper to be sent to me but I thought I could see my docs by now??

I believe that if you choose the paper docs option that you will not be able to view your docs online. :confused:

I have always asked for paper documents and have been able to see them online before. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

I know that my last 2 cruises at about 30 days out I was able to view my docs, then a few days later I got my docs in the mail, I am assuming if you opt for paper you cannot view them until they send out the paper docs, could be wrong but that is what it seems like.

I asked for paper documents and can still see my docs online.

Are you part of a group? If one person in a group has not paid it shows as unavailable to view too.

I am not part of a group. I booked with my PVP just like my other 5 cruises.
