Departure Times?

hey everyone --- i've only cruised once before on Carnival, and am taking a Med cruise with RCCL this summer... On Carnival, if our departure time was listed at 7 pm, the latest to get back on the ship was 6:30 pm. Can anyone tell me if this is the case with RCCL also? Or is it longer than a half hour? Thanks!
