Bed Comfort on Explorer

Hi

We are booked on the Explorer of the Seas for 11/21/08. Curious how cozy the beds are? We've cruised twice before but both on Carnival and they have these fantastic "comfort beds"

All the beds were replaced last year and they are wonderful.

RCCL uses the same beds and pillows as the Sheraton chain.

I sure hope they're better than what we had on Rhapsody in 12/06. The beds were absolutely miserable. I was barely able to sleep. I plan to bring along an air mattress just in case on our next cruise.

Just sailed EOS in January and the beds were wonderful. I slept great every night. No need to bring an air mattress as the new beds are a great upgrade from beds of the past.

I found the bedding to be comparable with what I had experienced with Carnival's Comfort beds but the duvets are a little heavier. HAL has them all beat. Without a doubt the most comfortable bed ever on a cruise ship.
