What night for Chops??

Going on the Eastern route, Freedom of the Seas- Any suggestion about which nite to eat in a specialty restaurant? Better to do it on a sea day I would guess, but open to suggestions! Maybe the night we are in San Juan? Too many decisions! Between the excursion choices and everything else, it sounds like I should book CHOPS before we get on the ship. It has been a long day- can't make one more decision!! Leaving it up to you!! THANKS

We usually do a specialty restaurant on Caribbean Night in diningroom as the menu items are usually not to our liking. I'm not sure which night it is tho. Another time is on a formal night if we don't feel like getting all dressed up as you can go in smart casual. Hope it helped.

If you do it on a port day--try to do it when you have either no excursion, or a short one! It'd be too bad to pay the extra money, and be too tired to fully enjoy the experience!
