Day pass at hotel

We will be stopping at St. Maarten in January for a day during our cruise.

 

Are there any 4/5 star hotels that offer day passes?

 

In the past, we've always gone to beaches. However, this time, we'll be bringing our 4 and 7 year old boys. I think a hotel which offers food, a pool and a beach would be easier for us.

When I was in SXM with my mother (who is 83) on a cruise stop in August, we had a room for the day at the Holland House. It's right in downtown P'burg -- the beach on one side, the shopping on the other. The hotel is very pleasant, with a nice open-air bar and restaurant.

 

We ate, shopped, used the hotel internet, swam and visited with friends, and were able to rest and shower at our leisure. A great day! The only thing you might want that it doesn't have is a pool.
