curfew for 15-17 on the Monarch

Princess has activities until 3 for teens..We have late dinner on a four day Monarch and DD wants to hang out with the teens after. Does anyone know what time the curfew is for the club? LPT

The general curfew for the under-18 crowd is 1 a.m.

 

When there are cruiseline-run activities in the club that last until late, that's the curfew time.

Why is a curfew "odd"?

 

The curfew applies to UNACCOMPANIED minors. If the child (under-18) is with his/her parents, that is fine.

Yea, as Merion Mom said above, it is 1am for unaccompanied minors. So that means that if the cruise line holds an activity for teens after that, that would be acceptable, as well as the teen being with a parent or guardian.

I've also heard that if the teens are just being quiet and doing their own thing, then usually they aren't disturbed. However, if they are making a disruption, being rowdy, or interfering with the other guests, it is enforced.

This is usually true, however during periods when there are a lot of teens on board, like spring break, security is apparently a little more officious, and sends every teen they find off to be at 1AM, regardless of their noise level.

ok...that is a good thing. Unless there is an active teen club activity going on with supervision...I will want her in the room!...Thanks to all....she will not be pleased...heh heh heh...lpt
