I am cruising on the CB on 7/19. Out itinerary got changed - we have 13 hrs in Puerto Rico and 5 hrs in Bermuda (Bermuda got shortened). With the excursions, will they be postponed or cancelled? What are some things that you could possibly recommend to do if I only have 5 hrs in Bermuda?

Thanks in advance:)

We are on the CB for Aug. 6 and our port times were also changed. We pre-reserved excursions on the cruise personalizer and Princess changed the times of our excursions to reflect the time changes. The excursions that we are doing are on the pricey side but because we booked them through Princess we still get to do them and I didn't have to worry about it.

Have fun on your cruise!

Hi Ksmith -

I'm also on the 8\6 sailing.

I had to cancel all my excursions because of the time difference. All of them were early in the morning. Now, we're just going to wing it.

I noticed Princess finally canceled some of the excursions and even adjusted the time on a few of them.

Princess nor TA still hasn't notified me of the time change.

Which goes to show ya that you have to keep up on these things. Otherwise you'll be in shock after you board.

One thing I'm looking forward to the most is sitting out on the balcony as we cruise along.

For you FYI, we do have a roll call going if you care to join.

See you onboard!!!

Thanks for your help. Did Princess notify you of the excursion time changes? I also pre-reserved my shore excursions and the times for the excursions have not changed.
Princess will modify and/or change the excursions according to the new itinerary. You may not know of the changes until you're on the ship because Princess has to contact the vendors, find out what's available for the days and times the ship will be in port, and sign contracts. The vendors for the previously-planned excursions may not have the resources available for the new times. It takes a lot of planning and negotiating and doesn't happen overnight or even within a few days.
