Did not look at a map but I have lived here since 1955 and I think it is @ 9 miles.It has had the new water works put in and is a decent itenerary 1 port partying and another laid back.Carnival does have vip check -in for platinum or suite guests. Anything else?

About ten minutes from airport to the cruise port. Yes there is VIP check in, up the stairs to the left. We sailed in March and the ship looked great, and had an excellent crew.

The Inspiration was in dry dock last fall for the Evolutions of Fun upgrades. They're great!
