What were your favorite parts of your Danube cruise?

Having just returned from a wonderful cruise on the Danube with Amadeus, I was wondering what all of you felt were the highlights of your cruise.

 

My highlights were Budapest (where the people were so friendly and the town is so beautiful,) Regensburg (amazing history and not enough time there) and Nuremburg (loved the old town).

Sailing from Constanta and thru the Black Sea/Danube Canal.

on our Christmas Time cruise from Budapest to Prague I would also vote for Regensburg and Nuremberg. The christmas trees and decorations in the the old part of towns create a special festive athmosphere.

On our Uniworld cruise in May we especially enjoyed Passau although all the other stops were extremely interesting!

Too many favorites to mention! Would love to do this cruise again. So far, this was our best cruise we have been on.
