NFL on the Star???

Hi there,

Does anyone know if they will be showing football in any of the bars on the Star in October? Hubby is missing a home game (Raiders) to go on this trip and I am hoping we can watch it somewhere on the ship.

last year the only football we got was the last night as we got closer to USA. I am not sure about the bar though, as we didn't give it a try.

According to NCL website, the Red Lion Pub on Deck 7 is the Sports Bar with large screen TV's. I bet the bartender (if the game is available) would be more than happy to put on the Raiders game.

 

Is that the game where Denver comes to town and kicks some Radier's butt? :eek:

Last November on the Pearl, not only did they show the NFL games on Sunday and Monday in the bars and on the large tv in the lobby, you could also place a wager on the game in the casino. It was a self service sports betting machine where you could cash your ticket at the casino cage if it won. Don't know if they have this on any ship other than the Pearl however.

Last January on the Star, they showed playoff (?) games in the Atrium on the HUGE screen.
