Booked and paid - what happens next?

Well my bank account is looking slightly worse for wear and we are all set to go - what happens next? Do we just show up at the port at the allocated time, or will we be sent exciting brochures etc. in the post?

 

Also, what are the 8A cabins like on Carnival Truimph? I know they are on the Upper Deck, but are they any better or worse than other 8 grade cabins - or are they all pretty much the same?

Have you picked excursions?

 

There is a lot of info on Carnivals website- you can complete a lot of your paperwork online. And there is a section under documents where you can pick to download your docs from the internet or receive them by mail. Or depending on who you booked through-if it was a TA you may want to check with them about docs.

 

I would also be double checking that all of your personal docs-passports, insurance and such is in order.

 

Other than shopping and making lists...you are now a member of the anxiously waiting group.

Did you print out your set sail pass? If you booked thru a TA, you probably need to do eDocs and print them out. They include your luggage tags which you can laminate.

 

You have to ask your PVP to send snail mail docs, most TAs wouldnt do it anymore.

1. Complete your pre-registration information online (Carnival website)

 

2. Print your Funpass

 

3. Pre-book shore excursions (if you want any)

 

4. Print your e-docs and especially the luggage tag.

 

Maybe you should ask your travel agent directly whether they have you listed for e-docs or whether they will be forwarding paper documents to you.
