A few questions about booking/rebooking

We will be going on our first RCCL cruise in November. I booked during a WOW sale, and have not yet paid in full. Can I transfer to a travel agent, get what they are offering, and keep my WOW OBC?

What is the best deal for booking another cruise? Would it be better to just book the next WOW sale, or wait until we are onboard? When we become C&A members, will there be any discounts available, or do you need to achieve a higher level, or book a higher level cabin to receive discounts?

Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

You can transfer your booking to a travel agent before final payment. If your TA is offering any perks you can combine that with your OBC. Discounts start once you reach platinum(5 cruise credits)for balcony cabins and above. As far as best deals go if you book onboard a sailing you will again get a $100.00 OBC for the future sailing booked. Another option is Next Cruise program which is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit p/p on a unchosen next cruise.(7 nights=100.00 OBC). With that RCL has installed some limitations with the use of saving certificates and the OBC.

So, in other words, you have to have 5 cruise credits before you get any discount? When we booked our WOW fare (1/2 price deposit, $100 OBC per stateroom), that was actually a better deal than rebooking onboard. It makes me think that you can probably get a better deal somewhere else.

The $100 OBC for a seven night cruise is the same benefit that you get by booking on board. Paying 1/2 the deposit now doesn't change the cruisefare. It just delays when you have to pay it.
