Snorkeling at Paradise Beach?

If you are talking about Paradise beach in Cozumel, the snorkeling will not be that good. The fish like to stay at rocky areas, not nice sandy beaches. Otherwise, for good snorkeling, you can go to just about any other place on the west side of the island. Try Dzul-Ha or Corona beach.

Take a taxi to Chakanaab Park and snorkel there. It is very nice and also reasonably priced. I have snorkeled there and had a great time. It's terrific with lots of fish, etc. The park also have a pretty lagoon with several iguanas, there is bar service at the clean beach there with nice chairs and shade, etc.

The SP is a short cab ride from the cruise ship dock. It's about the same price as the fare to town. I think in was under $10 for two of us.
