Pre-cruise hotel in New Jersey

I assume you mean at no charge?

There are one or two that have cruise packages... and some 'park and fly' programs around the Newark Airport area may be your best bet. However, these are not great options if you wish to spend some time in NYC before you sail.

We ended up at the Doubletree in Jersey City. Cost of the hotel through Priceline plus parking there and parking at the pier was very close to the cost of a hotel that had park and ride in Secaucus. Got to take the train into Manhattan. Nice area.

Many of the hotels in the EWR area have Park n fly rates, and some will just be nice and let you leave the car there. I suggest looking at the properties that are under Elizabeth off Exit 13A close to Jersey Gardens for the simple reason that the ones on Routes 1 & 9 can be a PITA to get into and out of....Not sure how much cabs to the pier would cost, but I would think they wouldn't be too much.
