Elation Cat 4E

I am looking at an inside cabin on the Verandah deck - inside. Any advise or comments from anyone who has stayed in one of these cabins?

Is the outside deck accessible from the forward end of the hallway?

Thanks.

We were in room V36 (inside cabin) last Thanksgiving on the Elation and were very pleased with our room. It is exactly like the other inside rooms on the other floors. My husband especially liked the Verandah Deck because he could go down the hall to the Observation Deck, one of his favorite places on the ship. We just found out that this year we have been upgraded to the Empress Deck. (Also, you are first to debark on Sunday).

Travel girl-- why is that deck first to disembark? is it the ship itself..
THe reason I ask is because each ship I have been on it didnt matter where you were. Suites got let go after the handicapped people then they started callling off randomly. On the Victory the Riveria got called first.
