39august Posted September 5, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 5, 2008 I am considering the Legend for next Oct. out of Tampa. I don't understand how to get a rate on the extended balcony cabins from the Carnival website. I selected catagory BA, but the cabin that came up was a regular balcony. Can anyone give me some information about pricing of these cabins? I know I could call, but usually CCers have the answers that are correct. Thanks. big_duck Posted September 5, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 5, 2008 8A's aren't extended balconies. Look at the deck plans, any of the Cat 8 with extended balconies have a stripped color code.

Example: 8C, 8E, 8G, 8I..:) As the letter progresses, it goes up one deck and a few $$$'s in price!..:D

Different ship design entirely .... ... and it won't be long before they are reclassified as 8Gs like the Conquest ships.
