Champagne, Cocktails & Canapes?

Ok, here is a question...

 

We have access to the concierge lounge, but like our champagne/cocktails (champagne in the CL often isn't brilliant and they don't do cocktails...). Are there any bar options that offer pre-dinner canapes, but good champagne cocktails?

 

We like the Champagne Bar, but I have never seen pre-dinner canapes or even nibbles there (we are normally early sitting for dinner) :(

 

(we are on Freedom next, if that makes a difference...)

The Champagne Bar on Brilliance had munchies every evening during main seating (we had late seating). It was a nice touch and we were there every night prior to dinner! I don't believe they do them prior to main seating.
