cashing travelers checks

Can somebody tell me if I can cash traveler's checks to get chips in the casino? If so, does the cashier give me the full amount or do they keep a service charge?

 

When I cash out chips, must I take cash or will they credit the amount back to my seapass account.

Roadster: First, you cash your traveler's checks at the pursar's desk and you get the full amount. No service charge. When I have cashed out at the Casino I've always gotten cash money. I don't know if they would credit your seaspass account.
